Therapy Designed Around You
We believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, heard, understood, and free to be yourself.
Our approach is personalized and holistic. We recognize that no two people experience life, healing, or challenges in exactly the same way. That’s why we draw from relational therapy, traditional talk therapy, creative expression. We will soon offer art, music, and other therapeutic approaches to create care that meets you where you are.
Whether you’re working through a difficult season, healing from past experiences, navigating relationships, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to do it alone.

• Insurance verification and benefits coordination
• Claims submission and billing support
• Payment processing and account assistance
• Documentation and records management
• Communication with clients, providers, and insurance representatives
• Support with referrals and continuity of care
Our goal is to help simplify the administrative side of mental health care so clients can focus on their well-being and providers can focus on delivering quality services. Billing, insurance, and administrative services are provided according to applicable policies, contracts, privacy requirements, and California regulations.
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom path for your therapeutic journey.
